We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the Services will be completely uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the Services to:

5. Billing and Payments

Access to premium features of Superpage requires a paid subscription. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly required by law. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis as per your selected billing cycle. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon reasonable advance notice to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The Superpage platform, including its software, designs, AI models, algorithms, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of Superpage and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent. Output generated by the AI on your behalf is generally available for your commercial use, provided your account is in good standing.

We welcome your feedback, ideas, and suggestions for improving the Services. By submitting feedback, you agree that we are free to use, disclose, adopt, and modify it without any restriction or compensation to you.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
